9 Week Developmental Container for Men

An intimate 9-week journey of developmental support for men.

A closed-group meeting once per week for 2hrs of deep, intentional conversation & conscious relating on behalf of personal evolution, intimacy, & self-realisation.

A unique form of ‘men’s work’ with the intention to co-create a culture that nurtures each man's development & safe authentic expression.

Every boundary, value & intention shared forms & re-forms the structure of the container breathing direction & purpose into the group.

Men who offer their fullness to the fire will emerge in 9 weeks—with a living blueprint for how to recreate a strong & safe relational field for shared growth, intimacy, & self-realisation.

Within each man’s depth emanates something fundamentally innocent, loving, powerful & divine. Something now more than ever the men, women & children of this world are in desperate need to receive.

Below the surface of every desire, decision, thought, emotion, need, mask & vice lies an innocent loving intention waiting to be realised… that’s what this container is here to reveal.

The core modality here is deep, consciously crafted conversation.

A conscious shift in words can create more flexibility in your thinking, perceiving & relating. Language becomes the mirror and the medicine. 

With clean communication as our compass, and an arsenal of psycho-semantic tools at our disposal—you'll start to find a power & agency to shape your inner-landscape in a way that better serves the outer-landscape you’re trying to create.

You’ll be guided in the art of speaking truthfully, listening deeply, and communicating with precision & power. This isn’t surface-level conversation—it’s a path of reclaiming authenticity & finding the voice that belongs to your deepest self.

Spacious & Deep ⛩️

The intention here is to slow down & create spaciousness for what’s important, deep & true. That which leads to deeper connection with Self & other.

Emergent & Adaptive ✨

Instead of following a pre-determined agenda, direction is determined by the needs of the group & what the moment is asking for.

Support that embraces Autonomy ⚡️

Men are encouraged to take the wheel as much as they can. Support takes form through the assumption that each man already contains the blueprint to realise his fullness—all the intelligence, wisdom & power. No advice giving, therapising, fixing or rescuing.

Group-Led 🐾

The group is empowered to make decisions about content pool & direction—grounded in a culture of continuous check-in on what the group values, intends & needs in that moment.

Facilitator as Sheppard 🐑

The facilitator holds just enough content & structure to ensure the safety, success & integrity of the group—leaving fertile ground for the group’s collective intelligence to emerge & lead. The group will gradually need less & less holding.

Safe & Supportive 🦺

Significant emphasis is placed on psychological safety, support & encouragement to drop below the surface making space for parts of yourself longing to be seen, reclaimed & expressed. 

Self-Paced 👨‍🦯

Ain’t no vulnerability olympics here. Men are strongly encouraged to step into their power and say no when they’re not ready while always having the loving encouragement of the group to find their tender edge. Autonomy & Boundaries are welcomed & honoured.

Intimate 👁️

Seats are capped for a maximum of 12 intentional men to honour all of the above intentions. Less breadth, more depth.
