Deepen connection and intimacy through communication
Event description
We are innately built for connection...
What gets in the way? Why, if it is innate does it often feel so difficult?
Do you find yourself wanting connection, but you are hiding, running and sabotaging you and your partners efforts?
How do we stay connected to our partners when communication falters? How do we turn and face that which makes us feel uncomfortable? How do we navigate the boundaries and edges of the interplay between two human beings? Explore ideas and strategies for when to approach and when to retreat. Outline your edges, where do you end and they begin and what magic can be created at the joining. This workshop will show you ways to connect deeply with yourself and other.
