Delegated Authority Statewide Community of Practice
Event description
QATSICPP is proud to host the 2025 Delegated Authority Community of Practice, bringing together organisations across Queensland involved in implementing Delegated Authority (DA).
As the rollout of DA continues across the state, organisations are innovating, adapting, and grounding their practice to reflect the strengths and needs of their communities. This Community of Practice offers a space to:
Strengthen networks and build lasting connections
Share stories and insights from diverse community contexts
Explore solutions to challenges and barriers
Celebrate the powerful work being done alongside children, families, and communities
While several agenda items have already been confirmed, our Community of Practice remains sector-led and responsive. We invite participants to share any topics, themes, or considerations they believe should be included. Where common themes emerge, we will do our best to reflect these in the agenda. Your insights are vital in shaping the direction of our work and ensuring the Community of Practice continues to meet the needs of the sector and strengthen Delegated Authority practice.
Together, we’ll learn how teams are designing programs, navigating systems, and maintaining strong relationships with key partners. We invite you to join us in this collective effort to elevate practice, knowledge, and impact.
