Who's this Nina person?
She's spoken for VIC ICT4W and is soon to be featured on the 'This is HCD' podcast.
First, Nina had years of experience and training in process improvement. She was making lives easier for her staff and their ways of working, while creating efficiencies for her companies.
Then, Nina had years of experience and training in design. She was supporting innovation in the development of applications.
It was there that she spotted a gap - too often, designers don't consider processes, which results in their work not getting implemented. And too often, process improvement efforts don't use a design lens to consider the human impact.
So Nina started a business! And now, at Three6, she has years of experience delivering the combination of service design and process improvement for clients ranging from universities to aged care providers.
All proceeds will benefit the Climate and Health Alliance.
