    Event description

Do you have a passion for technology and a keen eye for business optimisation? Are you wanting to kickstart your career or looking for a career shift? Perhaps returning to work after a break? This opportunity may be for you!

This is an opportunity for clever, motivated people like you to leap into a world of business and technology at the entry level, learning from a world of leading professionals. This is an earn-while-you-learn cadetship (as part of a permanent position) and you’ll be responsible for helping our teams identify areas of improvement, developing strategies, and implementing solutions that deliver tangible results.

We are looking for people to join our next cadet cohort who are creative, analytical, and passionate about driving business transformation. This is your chance to gain qualifications, certifications and all the skills needed to be successful as you start a career with our consulting team at Deloitte. You can create a career for yourself with a business that’s making an impact worldwide.

Our cadet programme includes focused learning phase with the wider cadet cohort where you’ll learn key consulting skills, gain your certifications, and test what you’ve learned in a safe environment. You’ll then undertake on-the-job training working alongside our experienced consultants, expanding your knowledge before graduating into our general practice where your development will continue. At the end of the development phase, you’ll be placed into a role that reflects your experience and allows you to continue to develop your career.

If you'd like to learn more, come along to our virtual information session to hear more about the Cadetship Programme, how to apply, and hear from some of our past cadets. There will also be time to ask any questions you might have! Click here to apply!

Note, this session will be run on Zoom. If you have questions about the session, please contact Greta on gtuson@deloitte.co.nz
