Deloitte, Director Mariette is a director and Deloitte New Zealand’s Trustworthy AI lead, with 15 years’ experience delivering AI solutions across a variety of industries. As a data scientist, Mariette uses AI to detect risk, while managing the risk AI introduces. Her day-to-day includes AI risk management (e.g. AI guardrails, AI GRC, AI Monitoring & Validation), and the use of AI for document analysis, outlier detection, and predictive modelling.
Dheeraj Gopalakrishnan
Deloitte, Associate Director NZ Dheeraj is an Associate Director and the GRC Practice Lead for Deloitte New Zealand. He is passionate about helping clients strengthen their risk and AI governance practices through modern, technology-driven solutions. Dheeraj works with alliance partners to design and implement GRC solutions that automate manual processes, enable continuous controls monitoring, and deliver insights through risk and control indicators. His work empowers executives and boards to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Nancy Dau
Deloitte, Associate Director Nancy Dau is an Associate Director in Deloitte’s ServiceNow practice and a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, with eight years’ experience in implementation and consulting. She is the ServiceNow AI Lead for Deloitte Asia Pacific and has led multiple AI initiatives across Australia and New Zealand, including Now Assist, the Now Assist Skill Kit (NASK) for custom prompts and use cases, and most recently the AI Control Tower for governance and observability.
