Join us to learn more about current developments, featuring real-world examples from Deloitte and Google AI experts, as well as insights from organisations implementing AI. 

Speakers

Amanda Williamson – Deloitte 

Dr Amanda Williamson serves as the Generative Artificial Intelligence Lead at Deloitte New Zealand, supporting both Deloitte and its clients in capitalising on the strategic opportunities AI offers. Amanda leads a team that has driven the design and delivery of proof-of-concepts using groundbreaking generative AI techniques, achieving productivity improvements of up to 75% among testers, and has spearheaded the development of AI strategic roadmaps and governance groups for large New Zealand organisations. She has over 15 years' experience in AI and innovation-related roles and brings thought leadership from her time as a Senior Lecturer of Innovation and Strategy for university executives and MBAs. 

Jonny Burgess – Google 

Jonny Burgess is an AI Specialist at Google, with a focus on Google's Customer Engagement Suite of AI-powered services. Jonny has extensive experience in cloud and hyperscaler technology, underpinning an expertise in designing and implementing optimisation strategies.  

Jonny has a single mission in life; to eliminate customer friction points and to help curate differentiated, data-powered customer journeys leveraging the next generation of conversational AI.  

Natalie De Boursac – Google 

Natalie has 9.5 years experience working at Google in both Singapore and Auckland. Her focus was on Customer Growth & Strategy with Google Ads in South East Asia, and then after relocating to Auckland, Natalie managed relationships with key clients including Fonterra, New Zealand Government, and Financial Institutions. In late 2023, Natalie transitioned to Google's Cloud business, where she currently leads Google Cloud initiatives for Local Government & Financial Institutions. Natalie is a passionate advocate for Women in Tech and AI for citizen outcomes.
