Partner | Deloitte Canada and Life Sciences and Healthcare Leader Niraj Dalmia is a Partner at Deloitte Canada and leads the AI Strategy practice. He is also the Deloitte’s Global Generative AI Lead for Healthcare. Niraj has over 15 years of experience in large scale data, analytics and AI transformations for healthcare clients across North America, Asia and Europe. He specializes in defining and aligning AI strategies to enterprise objectives, translating strategies to implementation through AI enabled data platforms, and developing AI models for clinical, operational and research use cases.
Glen Kearns
EVP/ Chief Information Officer | Canada With over 20 years of executive leadership in digital health, Glen has led large‑scale health system initiatives and clinical transformation programs, supported extensive administrative and medical teams while advancing excellence in research, teaching, and patient care. Glen is recognized as a compassionate and collaborative leader whose work has included serving as executive sponsor for a Regional Security Operating Centre, partnering with 11 hospitals to implement shared cyber‑security governance and technologies to reduce patient risk. As co‑chair of the Cerner Collaborative, representing 48 hospitals across Ontario, he secured government funding to enable interoperability across acute care, long‑term care, and primary care through shared care records and eReferral solutions. In addition, as Digital Health Administrative Co‑Lead with the Middlesex London Ontario Health Team, Glen helped establish regional and provincial partnerships and define a digital architecture supporting proactive, population‑health–focused care.
