Naila Naseem – Partner, Deloitte

Naila is the founder and lead of Change Collaborative at Deloitte, specialising in tailored leadership development programmes that enhance capability and drive behaviour change. With over 30 years' experience in healthcare, leadership, coaching, and consulting across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, she excels in leading organisational development and cultural transformation. Naila's approach integrates experience and education to equip leaders for sustained success, emphasising equity and well-being within teams and communities. Originally a clinician, she offers both person-centric and system-level perspectives, adept at engaging stakeholders and fostering trust.

Sarah Keenan – Associate Director, Deloitte

Sarah is an experienced senior leader with a demonstrated history in Organisational and Leadership Development. Sarah is currently an Assistant Director within Deloitte's Organisation and Workforce Transformation practice; she previously led the Learning & Development function for Accor Pacific.

Sarah is skilled in linking capability requirements to strategic intent, strategy development, business transformation. With 15 years of experience, she has successfully designed and delivered customised people solutions for multinational and public sector organisations. Sarah is dedicated to fostering leadership capabilities and driving organisational success through people and innovative solutions. She is deeply committed to empowering teams, nurturing talent, and creating environments where people can thrive and excel.
