As a Continuous Improvement Manager in the Fire & General Insurance industry, Alex drives initiatives to enhance efficiency through automation and digitisation. In her role as Product Owner for the Salesforce Claims stream, she leads the delivery of a strategic technology roadmap, with a strong focus on high-level solution design and optimising user experience. She works closely with stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions align with business needs, reviewing and refining processes to maximise impact and ensure successful adoption post-deployment.

Mike Wright - Intelligent Automation Practice lead, Fonterra: Panellist

Emma is an Engineering Director at Deloitte, and leads their Microsoft Practice in New Zealand. She has a varied background as an ex-Industrial Designer, ex-Developer, and is now focused on supporting clients to transform with technology solutions. Many of her clients are transforming their business operations using low-code/no-code solutions and AI. She enjoys leveraging her design thinking to help redefine future business landscapes by integrating automation with strategic human input

Hamish Borowczyk – Associate Director, Deloitte: Facilitator 

Hamish is an Associate Director in Deloitte’s Technology and Transformation Practice. Hamish’s focus is on business transformation (enterprise agility transformation, business cases, strategic cost transformation) and operational improvement (tech enabled process optimisation). He has worked with clients in the private sector in financial services and consumer sectors as well as central government to design and implement changes to the way they operate as a way to increase enterprise value and to deliver better results.
