Delta Dharma (Sleep) - Is a restorative and experiential mindfulness practice that focuses on proper delta wave brainwave expression to improve sleep and cognitive function while adhering to principles of the 4 noble truths and teachings of the 8-fold path. Leveraging modalities such as soothing binaural sound bathing, guided meditation, cognition, and gentle breathwork techniques to ease and calm the Mind, Body, and Spirit.
Please be mindful of the following before the practice.
We ask all to please:
- Remove hats and shoes before entering the room
- Wear comfortable clothing and turn your cell phone to silent
- Bring a pillow, bolster or blanket for comfort
- Arrive a few minutes early so you can get settled in
- Bring water
