Interactive Storytelling with Deos Contemporary Ballet

We are so excited to partner with the Deos Contemporary Ballet company on this interactive kids event!

Join us in our Grand Rapids event studio for a fun-filled morning where professional dancers from Deos will support your child as they create unique stories and then translate them into dance/movement.

Anyone is welcome to attend this event, however, the intended age range is kids aged 3-9. Parents and caretakers will be encouraged to observe and supervise as well as participate as enthusiastic audience members!

Be sure to check out Deos’ upcoming spring performance on May 16th, May 17th, and May 18th at St. Cecilia Music Center.

Due to limited space at this event, your RSVP is required. Please only RSVP for the children who plan on participating in this event.

Deos Contemporary Ballet is a professional ballet company based in Grand Rapids, MI. Since 2018, Deos Ballet has presented unique and untold stories through professional dance performances in Grand Rapids and on tours around Michigan. We uplift artists through a culture focused on diversity, wellness, and empathy, while inspiring a broader audience through innovation in education, film, and live performances. With the goal of making contemporary ballet accessible to all, Deos Ballet continues to grow and participate in outreach performances in partnership with the Grand Rapids Art Museum, local and touring orchestras/choirs, and other arts organizations throughout the city.
