These special ducks have been lying dormant waiting for an opportunity like this to get back on the Ringarooma River, and Blue Derby’s birthday is it!

Here you can purchase a duck for just $5 and get you in the race of a lifetime with huge cash prizes.

The race will kick off at the mouth of the river at the Derby Park with ducks racing down to a collection point just after the suspension bridge.

First duck across the line wins $500, followed by second prize $200 and third $100.

Purchase one duck or ten, bring the kids along and let’s ruffle some competitive feathers.

Our judges will also be doing spot prizes on the day – it’s bound to be a lot of fun!
