DESCEND | Online Somatic Movement & Mindfulness for Kids + Parents

DESCEND

A Global Online Parent + Child Embodiment Experience

Movement • Emotions • Creativity • Intuition • Connection • Play

What if we gave our children the space to explore not only the world around them, but the vast universe that exists within them?

Their emotions. Their body. Their intuition. Their creativity. Their expression. Their inner wisdom.

DESCEND is an online embodied experience for children aged 4+ and their parents to descend out of the thinking mind, deep into the body, and explore their inner worlds — together.

A space where the walls come down, where we move beyond the everyday parent-child dynamic, and where deeper connection becomes possible through presence, play, movement and expression.

WHAT WILL WE EXPLORE?

Through playful, intuitive and age-appropriate experiences, we weave together:

✦ Somatic Movement + Intuitive Dance — exploring sensations, creativity and freedom of expression through the body.

✦ Breathwork + Mindfulness — gentle, child-friendly practices to cultivate presence and nervous system awareness.

✦ Emotional Awareness — discovering how emotions feel within the body and creating space to feel and express them.

✦ Intuition + Energetic Exploration — nurturing curiosity, inner wisdom, self-trust and connection.

✦ Creativity + Play — imagination, movement and expression without expectation or performance.

✦ Parent + Child Connection — shared experiences that invite deeper presence, understanding and intimacy.

THIS ISN'T ABOUT PERFORMANCE. IT'S ABOUT PRESENCE.

Your child doesn't need to sit perfectly still.

They don't need to get anything right.

There may be laughter. Movement. Stillness. Big feelings. Moments of watching rather than participating.

All of it is welcome.

And as your child discovers more of their inner world, you may discover more of yours, too.

An invitation to meet one another beyond the roles, the routines and the expectations.

To create a space where your child feels:

I am seen. I am heard. My feelings matter. I am loved as I am.

GUIDED BY KAILAH KING

Created and facilitated by Kailah King, DESCEND brings together somatic embodiment, emotional awareness, nervous system education, intuitive movement and conscious connection.

Each gathering is intentionally guided while leaving space for the unique energy, creativity and expression of the children and families participating.

EXPLORE THE VAST UNIVERSE WITHIN.

We teach our children so much about the world outside of them.

What if we gave them the space to discover the world within?

To feel. To move. To express. To trust. To connect. To be all of who they are.

And perhaps one of the greatest gifts we can give a child isn't telling them who to become, but creating enough safety for them to discover who they already are.

DESCEND — Out of the mind. Into the body. Into your inner world.

With the deepest love,
Kailah xx
