Description

7-Day Desert Pilgrimage for Women

A Rite of Passage

This is not a retreat.
It is a pilgrimage.

A 7-day journey into the desert, held within a circle of women and guided as a living rite of passage—through separation, transition, transformation, and integration.

Set in the powerful landscape of Central Australia, this experience invites you to step away from the familiar and enter a space where something deeper can emerge.

Pillar 1: Desert Rewilding & Liberation
Pillar 2: Sisters Kinship & Relational Connection
Pillar 3: Pilgrimage Commitment & Threshold-Crossing

What to Expect

  • Time immersed in the vastness and clarity of the desert

  • A supportive circle of women grounded in presence and witnessing

  • Story telling and wisdom sharing

  • Guided practices for reflection, release, and transformation

  • Space to reconnect with what is essential

  • Dancing, singing & laughter under the stars

  • A culminating ceremony to honour deep relationship with self, others & Country

Who It’s For

For women who feel called toward something deeper—
whether you can name it or not.

This is not about self-improvement.
It is not about becoming someone else.

It is about remembering who you are beneath the noise,
and having that truth witnessed.

Your Guides

  • Indigenous Elders, Christine and Seide, are sisters on Werre Therre Country, North West of Alice Springs. They will be our hosts on Country as we explore deep listening and Indigenous ways of being and connecting.

  • Eugenia Yallamas is a transformational facilitator with over ten years of experience in Energy, Elemental and Earth Medicine, weaving together Acupuncture, Herbalism, Qi Gong, Shamanic Practice, and Gene Keys guidance. Rooted in deep heart awakening and Earth connection, she creates powerful, loving group experiences that help others open to their intuitive knowing and live through deep interconnectedness.

  • Johanna De Ruyter is a seasoned facilitator and coach with thirty years of embodied storytelling practice rooted in theatre, improvisation, and the living intelligence of the body. She weaves together leadership presence, relational intelligence, and somatic awareness to create transformative, participant-centred experiences that cultivate authentic connection and deep self-awareness.

  • Lucia Swift is a Central Australia based facilitator and creative producer who has lived and worked on Arrernte Country for nearly a decade. Through women’s facilitation and Connection to Country experiences, she supports meaningful, reciprocal and locally grounded journeys.

  • Robyn Katz is a pioneering facilitator and space-maker whose life journey has been shaped by recovering female lineage, creating sisterhood, and developing self-sovereignty. Grounded in adult development, open presence, and faith in the wisdom of collectives she holds group energy with sophistication and heart. Focussing on Sacred Women's Leadership Robyn creates the conditions for deep learning and powerful transformation when we come together.
