Having harnessed the power of experiences to positively influence audiences and to achieve positive outcomes for his clients, Andrew is now sharing his learning’s from across 25 years in the industry, utilising his ‘Experience Design Playbook’ to help businesses create more successful events, campaigns or customer experiences.
About Andrew O’Loughlin:
Andrew is a Melbourne based Advisor & Facilitator, using ‘Experience Design’ methods that you can apply to your work.
He has worked with leading global brands such as Nike, ESPN and Red Bull, on major international events, from World Cups to World Championships, right through to local community sport and regional events.
Andrew is the author of ‘Creating Influential Events – The Experience Design Playbook’, he hosts ‘The Event Show’ podcast, Experience Design Masterclasses, and is a Founding member of the World Experience Organisation (WXO).
