Join us for On Location 27, a Sunday-morning stroll and conversation in a renovated turn-of-the-century cottage and garden by Mt Eyk and Plant Made WA.

This home is a true collaboration between architect and owner, each responsible for distinct elements, and deeply respectful of each other’s skills and ambition. The result is a cosy and calming backdrop to family life, set in one of Fremantle’s densest pockets, yet immersed in nature.

The garden includes native planting and one of those stainless-steel plunge pools we spend so much time contemplating (thank you Instagram). But wait - there's more! A delightful surprise awaits down the back - a restored 1886 servants' cottage, surrounded by gum trees with a flourishing kitchen garden.

We’re looking forward to hearing from architect Emily and owner Anna about working together and the joy of living in this beautiful, compact space.
