Why is art important in our spaces and how do you frame and hang it? Meet artist and not-your-average framer Lance Delary-Simpson of Case Frames, a framing workshop that sits in a Freo warehouse alongside studios and a gallery. Lance will discuss choosing art and show us how he uses colour, texture and sustainably sourced timber to bring out the best in any piece, from prints to paintings. Plus, he'll offer tips on hanging.
Be introduced to the work of local artists and visit the art studios in the warehouse. There'll be drinks available, and Case Frames will offer a 15% DesignFreo discount on framing dropped off on the day. Spring to it!
