Designing Together: How services take shape
How do services actually take shape?
Every design project begins with uncertainty. Whether you're creating something new or improving an existing service, there are assumptions to test, decisions to make and different perspectives to bring together.
In this session, we'll use a design project as our guide, and explore how research, collaboration, co-design and testing build on one another to gradually shape a service.
Along the way, we'll explore questions such as:
How do you design something that doesn't yet exist?
How do ideas become tangible enough to test?
How do you balance user needs with organisational realities?
Whether you're new to Human-Centred Design or have been practising for years, you'll leave with practical insights into how services evolve through collaboration, iteration and shared understanding.
