Deup Film Screening

Short Documentary film DEUP is part of a collection of multi-artform works by 13.12, exploring new perspectives on ancient ways of knowing and being. Directed by Lamine Sonko, the film offers a glimpse into a community in Senegal where lives are lived within an ancient soundworld and where music, rhythm and ritual are the fabric of collective experience.

Following the screening, join Director Lamine Sonko and Producer Olive Moynihan for a discussion exploring the cultural knowledge and research within the film and 13.12's multi-artform works.
