Develop your Growth Strategy

A solid growth strategy is vital for a new business to help boost profitability, competitiveness and adaptability in the market. In this workshop, you will go through the steps to help build your business growth strategy.

Through this process, you will learn how to define your vision to provide a sense of purpose and direction for you stakeholders. Identify growth opportunities by looking at emerging trends, technologies and changes in consumer behaviour. Develop SMART goals that provide focus, accountability and a roadmap to success. Gain an understanding of different business planning models and how they can be used to organise ideas, strategies and actions. 

You will need to complete this workshop on a laptop or desktop computer in order to complete activities.

• Identifying potential growth opportunities
• The importance of goal setting and tracking
• Understand the different business planning models and how they can be used to perform risk assessments and improve decision making

The facilitator of this topic, Elect Training and Consulting is a respected provider of workplace health and safety solutions, providing organisations with the tools to thrive in safe and healthy working environments. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety, Adjunct Lecturer with Edith Cowan University and Exemplar Global certified Lead Auditor for OHS Management Systems.
