Overview

Ready to start on your reconciliation journey as an organisation? 

Learn how to develop your first RAP with expert advice from a Reconciliation Australia representative.  Hear from NADA about key achievements from RAP and from an NGO AOD service who have recently started on their RAP journey.   

If your organisation already has a RAP and you would like to share any key learnings, need advice or have questions, there will be an opportunity to do that during the Q&A and discussion. 

The session will cover:

• build their understanding of the process of developing a Reconciliation Action Plan;

• identify practical considerations when beginning their organisation's first RAP;

• learn from NADA's key RAP achievements and the experience of an NGO AOD service that has recently started its RAP journey;

• identify opportunities to apply RAP learnings within their own service; and

• discuss questions, challenges and lessons with presenters and other participating services.

Who should attend?

This event is exclusively for NADA members. We encourage attendance from human resource managers, senior leaders and executives responsible for workforce planning, role classification and organisational strategy within their organisations.
