Event description

Topic: Developing a strategic framework for working with communities

Date: May 22

Time: 10am to 11.30am

On Zoom

Cost: $45

Presenter: Denise Bijoux (Catalyze)

Synopsis:

What are our strategies for working with communities? Using design thinking, appreciative inquiry and Transition Towns models, this session will help you develop a strategic approach to your work. You will leave with tools to help you understand what you have already, where you’d like to be in the next 3 years and how to develop a roadmap with milestones to check as projects move forward. This process helps inform decision-making as we go, enabling our work with communities to be more agile and adaptive.
