Developing the Cultural Safety Framework for NSW ECEC Sector

The Department of Education, as the NSW Regulatory Authority for early childhood education and care (ECEC), is developing the first ever Cultural Safety Framework to ensure cultural safety of Aboriginal children and families. The Framework also aims to improve knowledges of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories and cultures for all children accessing ECEC services.
