Development Assessment duty officer booking

Tweed Shire Council is delighted to offer you this free booking system to ensure that when you visit us at Murwillumbah Civic & Cultural Centre a dedicated duty officer can assist you with your enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

The service is also available virtually – if you are unable to visit Council's offices, click the 'virtual' option when making your appointment. You will receive a link to connect with our duty officer from the comfort of your home or workplace.

Appointments are for a maximum of 30 minutes. You can ask questions about your enquiry or seek help lodging applications with Council.

Please note that all appointments are in Australian Daylight Savings Time (ADST).

Bookings are available Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 12 noon and available dates and times will be shown. If these dates/times are not suitable, a duty officer can assist you over the phone (02 6670 2400) between 9 am and 12:45 pm.
