A frame drum is a drum that has a drumhead width greater than it's depth, that is held by the hands or rested on the lap.
The frame drum is one of the most ancient musical instruments, and was first seen played by women in cultures worldwide, during ceremony, sacred practices, and as a means of powerful connection.

We will gather in circle on Saturday the 20th of July, from 10am-12pm at Respirah Yoga, 133 Stannard Rd, Manly West QLD 4179

Please bring a frame drum, if you have one, (Shaman/medicine drum is fine too), or borrow one of mine.
