Devious Cocktail Dinner Pairing at Pilot Project Wrigleyville

Pilot Project Brewing opened their Wrigleyville location just a year ago, and is known for their scratch kitchen, craft beers, and HUGE patio that has a perfect street line view of bustling Clark Street.

Devious Lounge sits under Pilot Project Brewing’s Wrigleyville space, though it feels worlds apart from the brewery upstairs or the sports bars lining Clark Street. Low lighting, lush seating, and vinyl spinning from the speakers give it the sensibility of a speakeasy, designed for lingering rather than rushing between innings. This is a cocktail bar for people who care about what’s in their glass.

The drinks are spirits-forward, intentionally curated, and designed to be enjoyed slowly– the way a proper cocktail should.

For one night only, on October 7th, we are hosting a Lakeview East Supper Club at the Devious Lounge. Enjoy four small bites, all paired with a cocktail. Here is the menu for the evening:
