We are so excited to invite you on a journey of Devotion with us to the Spiritual center of India in Rishikesh. We begin our retreat in the wildly vibrant Delhi to take in all the colors, sights, sounds and smells before settling into our main stay in Rishikesh. With views of the Himalayas and the mighty Mother Ganges flowing close by, we will be delving deep into 2x yoga classes a day to connect with the powerful spiritual energies that surround us, working with Pranayam, Mantra, Chanting, Tantric Kriyas and guided Meditations to connect us back to our hearts and having us moving through our day with a deep reverence for ourselves and all life. Be prepared to meet some awesome like minded people, experience the incredible temples around us, Meditate with and by Mother Ganges, laugh a lot, have some big releases, and go on the most heart opening adventure of your life.

1-3 OCT Delhi - First 2 Nights

October 1st - Arrive in Delhi and meet up at hotel (hotel to be confirmed)

October 2nd - Visit Delhi’s most famous monument, Red Fort, standing not only as a powerful reminder of the Mughal era India but also as a symbol of India’s struggle for freedom.

Experience Chandni Chowk, the main street of Old Delhi, one of the oldest and busiest markets in India. Take a venture into the Spice markets to experience TRUE ancient India.. Go on a temple tour, the highlight of which is the Gurdwara Sis Ganj Sahib, built in the late 18th century, this Sikh temple features ornate details & a peaceful atmosphere…it sits peacefully amidst the congested Chandni Chowk area.

October 3rd - Take a bus from Delhi to Rishikesh

Learn about history, culture, meditation, & ashrams (center of spiritual studies & meditation) of Rishikesh. Experience Satsang in places like Parmarth Niketan Ashram. Explore the Beatles Ashram, named after the famous English rock band that came to learn Transcendental Meditation. Explore world-famous places like Kunjapuri Devi Temple, gives a beautiful view of the sunrise from the greater Himalayan peaks, Laxman Jhula, Ganga beach. Witness the must-experience Ganga Aarti attended by thousands of the devotees on the Parmarth Niketan Aarti Sthal. Experience Chanting and meditation in some of Rishikesh's most established ashrams including Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram. Meditate at the famous Arundhati Cave, Shivpuri Range, Uttarakhand.

Get henna, hand and foot painting, and there’s plenty of time to explore cafes and shops, and hiking trails.

Meet with Yogi Shankar Traditional Vaidya - Born in the Rishibhoomi of Kashmir he was influenced and spent youth with his guru Swami Neelkant of Uttarkashi. There he learnt therapeutic kriyas, asanas, pranayam & bandhas plus pulse reading, jyotish, ayurvedic herbs, ras shastra, sanskrit & mantras. He is sought for healing by identifying & tackling the root cause of an illness and personalized wellness lifestyle. He enjoys teaching students and training teachers in Rishikesh and globally to integrate healing & detoxing techniques of Ayurveda, Panchkarna, Yoga and Trika Tantra to architect lifelong wellness. In addition to the traditional Ayurvedic approach of Ahar(Diet) Vihar(Lifestyle), Vichar(Thinking) Vyavhar(Behaviour).

Receive treatments specializing in Ayurvedic Therapies upon his recommendations connected to your Dosha Type as per Yogi Shankar's recommendations.

Single and Shared Accommodation

Please note: If you are coming with a friend/partner and taking Double Occupancy you are both required to book your spot and pay the deposit by 4/4/2024* You will be able to request a room with a double bed or 2 singles. If you are joining the retreat on your own and wish to take the Double Occupancy, we will pair you up with another like-minded retreat goer and in a room with 2 single beds. Deposit is non- refundable. All payments are final. No refunds except in case of personal emergency. Payment must be received in full before the retreat starts by 4/9/2024.
