Dhamma and Dinner
Event description
Looking for meaningful conversation and good company? Dhamma and Dinner is a welcoming event hosted by Cityzen, a youth Buddhist group for ages 18–35. We offer a relaxed space to explore the Dhamma, connect with others, and enjoy a shared meal—no prior experience needed.
This session’s discussion will focus on Chapters 1 and 2 of Dhamma Within Reach by Ajahn Ñāṇamoli Thero, a practical and accessible guide to applying the Buddha’s teachings in everyday life. You don’t need to finish the whole book—just reading the first two chapters is more than enough. The book is available for free here:

The Dhamma discussion runs until 5:15 PM, after which we’ll head to a nearby restaurant for dinner (pay your own way). The dinner is informal and social—a chance to connect with like-minded people in a relaxed setting.
You're welcome to join for just the discussion, just the dinner, or both—whatever works best for you!
