Dhamma Dance - May
Event description
Dhamma Dance is a mindful movement practice that blends the sacred and the somatic — drawing from authentic movement, meditation, and dance therapy to invite us home to ourselves.
Rooted in kindness and deep listening, this space welcomes you to move with truth, feel with presence, and remember what it means to belong — to your body, your emotions, each other, and the natural world.
Together, we explore the inner and outer landscapes of being human: the stillness and the wildness, the grief and the joy.
Come move and be moved.
No dance experience needed. All bodies, all backgrounds, all identities welcome.
