Dr. Andrea Vecchione has been teaching with SFDC for the past two years, and every weekday morning since March. She earned a PhD. in Religion and Philosopy, and over 6 years living and studying Buddhism., Hinduism, yoga, and philosophy before returning to the states as a teacher, scholar, and writer. She is also the founder of North Bay Center for Compassionate Care, a death doula, and educator.

The San Francisco Dharma Collective is a sangha-led dharma community in the Mission District and online.
