Description

Costume Party Disco - A Diabetes NZ Bay of Plenty/Lakes Fundraiser!

We're throwing a family-friendly Costume Party Disco to raise funds for our Youth and Type 1 Diabetes community!

Date: Friday, 24th October

Time: 2:00pm - 4:00pm

Location: Arataki Community Centre, Zambuk Way, Arataki, Mount Maunganui 3116

Come dressed up! Everyone is welcome to wear a family-appropriate costume. The sillier, spookier, or sparklier the better! We'll have a costume contest and parade, so bring your best moves and best outfit.

Entry: Gold coin donation per person (koha on arrival), with all proceeds supporting our work with young people and families living with type 1 diabetes.

This is a family event. Friends and extended family are very welcome to join. Everyone must be registered individually to attend.

Please note:

A parent or legal guardian must remain on-site for the entire event - this is not a drop-off event.

Open to children/young people under 17 years old (accompanied by their guardian).

If your child manages type 1 diabetes, please remember to bring their hypo kit with you.

We can't wait to celebrate with you all! Come dressed to impress and ready to dance for a great cause!
