Event description
Join Diabetes NZ, Hawke's Bay Youth for a Coffee Group Whānau catchup. This activity day is for youth and whānau living with diabetes from the Hawke's Bay area.
It's a fantastic opportunity to socialise with other adults with type 1 diabetes and parents/ caregivers of children and teens with type 1 diabetes. Have a hot cuppa, or cold smoothie, share experiences, and network. Bring along your husbands, wives, partners, and children.
Number 5 Cafe & Larder offers a renovated indoor/ outdoor area and even has a mini putt area, driving range, foot golf, pétanque and tennis for the kids and/or adults. This is a great opportunity to get together as a community to meet other local families and whānau living with type 1 diabetes.
