Join Diabetes NZ Hawke’s Bay for a refreshing afternoon walk in nature!

As part of Diabetes Action Month and the One Million Minutes of Movement challenge, we’re heading outdoors to enjoy the beautiful Redwoods in Havelock North.

This event is for youth and adults living with diabetes in Hawke’s Bay, along with their whānau. It’s a relaxed, family-friendly walk - an opportunity to connect with others who understand the day-to-day of diabetes, share experiences, and make new friendships in a supportive environment.

📍 Location: The Big Redwoods, Havelock North

📅 Registrations close: Saturday 22nd November 2025

👟 Please wear comfy footwear and bring a drink bottle.

We’d love for you to join us as we move together, support one another, and enjoy some fresh air in the stunning Hawke’s Bay!
