Parents & Caregivers Type 1 Diabetes Support Evening

Are you a parent or caregiver of a child or young person living with Type 1 Diabetes?

Join us for a relaxed and welcoming evening with other parents and caregivers from across the Nelson Tasman region.

This evening is an opportunity to connect with others who understand the realities of supporting a young person living with Type 1 Diabetes. Come along to share experiences, chat about the challenges and successes, ask questions, and build connections with other local families.

Parents and caregivers of youth of all ages living with Type 1 Diabetes are welcome – whether your family is newly diagnosed or you’ve been navigating T1D for many years.

Registration is essential. Please register by 5pm Monday 12th October if you’re planning to attend, as this event will go ahead subject to minimum registration numbers being met.

Food and drinks will be available to purchase from the bar on arrival.
