Diamond Painting Craft & Chat
Event description
Get together with friends and learn how to create a beautiful diamond painting. Diamond painting is similar to cross stitching, its an easy and meditative craft. With diamond painting you use a kit that includes a canvas that has a preprinted design and coated in adhesive, colorful studs called "drills", a pen-like applicator for the drills, and a block of wax that you use with the applicator to pick up the drills. Its a great way to relax while doing something creative. In this craft session your instructor will guide you on how to start your diamond painting project journey. Each kit is ready to go with its canvas, drills, applicator, and wax. During this class everyone will work on their own diamond painting together, the instructor will show you how to apply your drills and how to keep your drills organized. The instructor will play background music while everyone works on their paintings and encourage conversation and socializing. This is a fun class for friends, families, and company events.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS
This class is available to take In Person at our Montclair NJ Shop, or online Virtually on Zoom.
IN PERSON CLASS
If a participant chooses to take the class In Person, then they are taking the class at our shop located at 547 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair NJ. For In Person Classes, materials will be provided at the shop. Individuals are welcome to bring their own beverage to enjoy during the class.
VIRTUAL CLASS
If a participant chooses to take the class Virtually, they will receive a Zoom link. For Virtual Classes a participant will receive a DIY Kit.
To receive your DIY Kit in a timely manner, register at least a week or earlier in advance to reserve your materials for shipping or local curbside pick up. Please provide your shipping address when registering.
DIY Kit includes canvas with adhesive, applicator, wax, and drills.
Participants will need a clean and well lit workspace.
APPROPRIATE AGES FOR PARTICIPATION
Participants must be at least 10 years old and can work independently. If a participant needs a caretaker or parent to assist with the project the assisting person does not need a ticket.
CLASS PARTICIPATION
This is a Live event. In Person and Virtual Class Participants must attend on the scheduled date and time of the class in order to partake. There is no recorded session available for replay. If an In Person Participant is unable to attend the class in Person they can request to join the class Virtually and we can arrange accommodations. If a Virtual Class participant is unable to log onto a class on the day and time it is scheduled then it is the participant’s responsibility to contact us prior to the event for accommodations. If a participant is unable to join and needs to reschedule, there is a rescheduling fee that will be billed to the participant. If we as the organizers need to reschedule an event there is no rescheduling fee, and participants will be notified of any changes.
INTERNATIONAL VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION
If you live outside of the United States there is an additional fee to ship DIY kits. Participants are responsible for any duty fees, customs fees, or any additional fees associated with receiving their DIY Kits. If a participant chooses to get a DIY Kit it is the participant’s responsibility to make sure their country can receive packages from the US.
