🚗 Travel Instructions Venue: Hilton Garden Inn Busselton Address: 4 Jetty Way, Busselton WA The Hilton Garden Inn Busselton is located on the Busselton foreshore, right beside the iconic Busselton Jetty and within easy walking distance of the town centre. By car: Free public parking is available nearby along the foreshore and surrounding streets. We recommend allowing a little extra time on arrival to park and enjoy a short walk to the venue. By foot: If you’re staying in or around central Busselton, the hotel is easily accessible on foot via the foreshore pathways. Accommodation: The Hilton Garden Inn has accommodation onsite for those wishing to stay overnight. Nearby accommodation options are also available throughout Busselton’s town centre. Please follow venue signage on arrival. We look forward to welcoming you!

🎟️ Entry Instructions Please enter the Hilton Garden Inn Busselton via the main hotel entrance on Jetty Way. On arrival, you will be welcomed by BHCI volunteers who will guide you to the event registration desk. Simply present your ticket (printed or digital) for review — no need to check in at the hotel reception. Once checked in, you’ll be directed to the Geographe Bay Function Room on the 4th floor, where the Diamonds & Denim Cocktail Party will be held. Lift access is available from the ground floor. Doors will open shortly before the event start time to allow for a relaxed arrival and early mingling. If you have any questions or need assistance on arrival, our friendly volunteers will be easily identifiable and happy to help. We look forward to welcoming you for a wonderful evening together. 💙

Standing and high‑top furniture: Limited seated areas may require standing for periods of time. Lift access reliance: The event is held on the 4th floor and relies on lift access, which may cause brief delays during busy arrival or departure times. Noise levels: Live music, conversations, and general event ambience may be loud at times. Lighting: Event lighting may be lower than standard room lighting, particularly later in the evening. Foreshore access: External paths near the venue may be uneven in places if entering from foreshore areas. Accessible toilets and lift access are available. If you have specific access needs, please contact us before the event — we are very happy to assist wherever possible.
Accessible parking
♿ Accessible Parking Accessible (ACROD) parking bays are available close to the Hilton Garden Inn Busselton. Designated disability parking bays are located adjacent to the hotel along Jetty Way and nearby foreshore parking areas, within a short, level distance of the main hotel entrance. From these bays, guests can access the hotel entrance via paved pathways. The hotel itself is fully accessible, with level entry at the main entrance and lift access to the 4th‑floor Geographe Bay Function Room where the event is held.
