Didge Dance  - A live ecstatic dance event to celebrate the Winter Solstice

Saturday 21st June 7pm - 815pm with Doug and Tara $25

Didge Dance invites you to resonate and move with the rhythms and sounds of the didgeridoo.  Doug will play a range of didgeridoos accompanied by electronic beats and sounds.  The session will finish with a guided relaxation using crystal bowls. 

What to expect:

Live didgeridoo rhythms: feel the vibrations move through you

Self-guided dance: free expression and movement, just you and the sounds

Guided Relaxation: relax, release and integrate with the sublime tones of the crystal bowls

Supportive environment: A safe space to authentically express and self-connect
