As part of QTWA’s Community Well-Being Workshop Series, this Dietitian Well-Being Seminar aims to empower individuals and families with practical nutrition strategies for better health.

Karla Schain is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Nutritionist with a Master’s in Public Health (Advanced). She has over a decade of experience in both private and public healthcare, specializing in weight management, chronic disease prevention, and health education. Karla is dedicated to helping individuals and communities make informed, sustainable health choices.

This event is hosted at Everton Park Library, so we kindly ask all attendees to respect the library’s guidelines.
Please maintain a quiet and considerate environment for all visitors.
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the library (except water).
✅ Parking & Accessibility
Free parking is available at the library.
There is a park next door where children can play, but they must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
✅ Personal Responsibility & Safety
Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the event.
