Digital COVID-19 Peer Network (For Funders)
Event description
We know what a challenging time this is for everyone and likely to be quite isolating for funders thinking about how they respond and what to do. We've set up an informal, digital peer network for funders to talk regularly, facilitated through Zoom - so we can share what we are thinking, our options for how we might respond, and ideas and resources. The meetings are driven by member needs and input and are a space to share thinking, ideas, challenges and resources.
After four months we are ready to re-focus our discussions on the future: how to build back better. We will continue this series on a monthly basis to November, keeping the meetings informal and free-flowing, to provide a regular opportunity for you to connect with your peers. In the next 4 meetings we can explore together how philanthropy can and should work for recovery – both in its practice and in its advocacy.
The meetings will take place Thursdays, 10:30-11:30am AEDT:
