Engage with the Center for Equity & Inclusion’s (CEI) award-winning, Digital Learning experience platform! Our courses are designed to support organizations’ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts. Individual users can engage with the learning at their own pace with reflections, guided questions, and access to collaborative organizational forums.

Reframing Racism is a foundational and impactful learning experience that develops individuals capacity to become racially conscious and culturally competent. The course is self-paced, asynchronous learning that takes approximately four hours to complete.

Course Overview:

  • Discover: Identify working definitions and common language to integrate into your personal, cultural, and institutional spheres.
  • Examine: Learn about the history of the racial hierarchy and the impact of white supremacy.
  • Review: Take a look at the nation’s history from a perspective of racial impact, from the beginning of colonization of this country to the present day.
  • Investigate: Dive deep into what is valued in white supremacy culture and contrast with a different perspective

Once you register, you will receive your login information via email within 2-3 business days. Your 30-day access will begin the day you receive this email (regardless of the date range you choose in the registration process). If you have any questions or troubleshooting needs, please reach out to digital-support@ceipdx.com.

CEI will gladly issue a completion certificate that participants may use for professional development units/credits. Participants must work with their own certifying bodies for acceptance.
