Digital marketing can be a cheap (or even free!) way of reaching new customers to promote what you offer and raise awareness of your business. But it can be confusing to know where to start, which social media channel to use when, and how, and also how to track if it’s making any difference.

In this introductory level course, we will look at the different channels available, how to use them, how to create content, and how to analyse what reach you are getting. This course will be delivered ONLINE via Zoom.

For you if: 

• You are new to digital marketing, OR if you know the basics but want to up your game

• You would like to understand who is looking at your digital marketing and how to better reach your customers

• You work or volunteer with a charity or social enterprise
