Digital Strategy and Transformation
Description
Digital transformation does not have to mean expensive systems or wholesale change.
This practical session will help social enterprises take a clearer, more strategic look at how they use websites, CRM systems, data, online payments, digital services and AI. We’ll explore where digital tools can save time, improve services and help you achieve more with limited resources, before helping participants identify their own priorities and begin a practical 90-day improvement plan.
Please note this event is for Social Enterprise Scotland members only. Not a member (or not sure if you’re a member)? Please get in touch with our friendly membership team |

His approach is practical and commercially focused: helping organisations make better use of limited resources, reach the right audiences and build more sustainable models for growth.
