Digital Support October - December 2026

Need help navigating your phone, tablet or laptop? Jacky, a volunteer at the Byron Community Centre, is offering free one-on-one digital support to Byron Seniors Club members. Whether you’d like to send emails, video call loved ones, organise photos, browse the internet or learn how to use social media, messaging apps or music platforms, Jacky is here to guide you through it all, one step at a time.

How it works: Just bring your device (phone, tablet or laptop), your questions and a willingness to learn.

Please note, Jacky is unable to assist with computer security (viruses etc) and major tech issues, for this it is best to book an appointment with a specialist.

Please book a maximum of 3 appointments per quarter so that everybody can access support.
