Online Workshop: Digitally signing off a student Confirmation of Entry: Introduction and Practical Steps
Audience: Principals, Teachers, School Administration Staff, Schools Online users,
This workshop is designed to introduce and outline the new function in Schools Online and Students Online to support the digital signing of a student’s Confirmation of Entry. This will be available from 4 November 2025 for 2026 student entries and beyond. Focusing on essential steps will ensure accurate recording of the required Confirmation of Entry signature as per ACE 3.3 Course Entries, Changes and Exclusions. By attending this workshop, participants will achieve the following objectives:
Understand Confirmation of Entry Requirements: Gain insight into the ACE rule 3.3.1 Confirming Stage 5 and Stage 6 student entries.
Practical Insights and Case Studies: Engage with specific information, real-world case studies, and exemplars that illustrate the functional process of how a student’s Confirmation of Entry will be able to be signed and verified both in Schools Online and in Students Online.
Who should attend: We encourage schools to send a member of the school executive alongside their teaching and administrative staff who interact with Schools Online for enrolment purposes for a comprehensive overview.
