    Event description

    Time blends with spectacle, taste and ceremony in the culinary event of the year presented by St Hugo.

    Step into the hidden dining room infused with TIME’s opulent fragility, and bearing a never-seen-before RONE mural.

    Here you’ll dine on a four-course menu with bespoke St Hugo wine pairings curated by VNTNR. The dishes have been designed to reflect the seasons, as has composer Nick Batterham’s immersive score, which swells around you, merging a gastronomic and sonic translation of the passing of time. Award-winning celebrity chef Guy Grossi, owner of Perth’s Garum restaurant, has meticulously crafted a menu that both is inspired by TIME • RONE and expands upon its immersive, multisensory power. In addition to your dining experience, each visitor will go on an After Dark journey through the TIME • RONE exhibition and end the experience with a final course served in the new TIME • BAR.


    Dine with us Thursday through Saturday evening.
    First sitting at 5.45pm; second sitting at 7.15pm; For a sitting time of 2 hours.

    Located in AGWA’s Historic Centenary Galleries Building, Perth Cultural Centre.

    Please note this experience is strictly an 18+ event. We offer set Vegan and Gluten Free menu options, however due to the bespoke nature of the menu, this event is not suitable for those with allergies. Non-alcoholic options will be available upon request on the evening of the experience.
