The Red Bird Bistro & Grill offers casual atmosphere that serves home-cooked favorites with an artisan flair, specializing in using local whole foods for a healthier dining experience. The Red Bird offers both lunch and dinner. The menu is designed to appeal to an extensive variety of taste, maintaining simple whole-food options that will cater to most dietary needs or restrictions. The Red Bird Bistro & Grill offers local craft beers, domestic beers, import beers, fine wines, along with traditional and trending cocktails. You can expect great hospitality by highly trained and qualified staff.

Dinner Buffet -  Door's open at 5:30pm with the buffet starting at 6pm-7pm. The buffet will consist of the following.

OPENING ACT - HANNAH OSBORNE

Hannah Osborne has been preforming all over the Midwest since 2019. She was the 2025 winner of the Detroit to LA contest at Mark Ridley’s Comedy Castle in Royal Oak Michigan. She has opened for Michael Kosta, Jeff Aurci, Jordan Jensen, and more. 

Hannah’s razor-sharp dark humor slices through the chaos of marriage and motherhood. With a knack for finding the absurd in diaper disasters and spousal quirks, her unapologetic takes on suburban life leave audiences howling. When she’s not on stage, Hannah’s wrangling two kids and a husband in Monroe, where she claims her coffee is her only true love.

HEADLINER - CALVON BROWN

No one is better equipped to handle the battlefield of comedy than Calvon Brown Sr.

Based in Detroit, Michigan, this former USMC combat medic started performing stand-up in 2004. Since then, this veteran has rocketed to the top of the comedy food chain, headlining some of the best comedy clubs in the Midwest, including the Ann Arbor Comedy Showcase and Bert’s Warehouse. He was the winner of “Stand-Up Detroit” in 2018 and continues slaying audiences all across the country, finishing in the top five of the “World Series of Comedy“ in 2020. Already considered a comedic genius by his peers, he continues to get better every time he takes the stage.

Calvon is not your typical comedian. The air crackles with energy whenever he grabs the mic. In addition to deceptively smart, always on point comedic observations, he also lights up the crowd with celebrity impressions that never fail to deliver. His velvety voice, smooth delivery and charismatic smile make him impossible to resist. Audiences have fallen in love with his original and hilarious style of comedy. 

His clever and relatable material has made him a local and national favorite. Whether he is discussing his hometown, personal hygiene or other seemingly innocent topics, he always leaves them rolling in the aisles. In addition to headlining top clubs from coast to coast he has also shared the stage with many comedy greats including Tony Brown, Michael Blackston and CoCoBrown.
