NO-GAP-SEAT POLICY

Policy Overview:

Due to technical limitations of our ticketing platform, it is possible for ticket buyers to leave a single empty seat between their selected seats and others in the same row. However, this is strongly discouraged, and the following policy applies:

Post-Purchase Seat Review and Reseating:

- After each purchase, the Ticketing Host will review seat selections.

- If a ticket order results in a single-seat gap between occupied seats in a row, the Ticketing Host reserves the right to reseat the buyer’s tickets to eliminate the gap.

- Reseating will be done to comparable or better seats within the same price category whenever possible.

- Affected buyers will be notified via email or phone (as available) about the seat reassignment.

Why This Matters:

- Single-seat gaps are difficult to resell and can prevent other fans from enjoying the event. This policy allows us to optimize seating and ensure more guests can attend.

- When selecting seats, please avoid leaving a single empty seat between your seats and others.
