DINNER SEMINAR: THE FIT AND PROPER PERSON WITH JUSTICE HUGHES
Event description
We extend a warm invitation to join us for an insightful presentation with the Honourable Justice Judith Hughes, President of the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. President Hughes will provide valuable insights into the legal test of what is a ‘fit and proper person’ for the practice of various professions, and the holding of certain statutory qualifications. Her Honour will provide insight into how psychiatrists and psychologists can assist SACAT in deciding if a person is a ‘fit and proper person’, and how lawyers practising in that area can best use that expert evidence.
Please note that preceding our dinner seminar, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of our organisation will be held at 5:30 PM on the same evening. More details about the AGM, including the agenda, will be provided in a separate communication.
