Fresh mixed greens with sliced apples, dried cranberries, candied pecans, and maple-balsamic vinaigrette.

Entrée: Herb-Roasted Chicken Breast
Tender roasted chicken breast finished with a creamy garlic and herb sauce, served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Dessert: Chocolate Mousse Parfait
Rich chocolate mousse layered with whipped cream and chocolate cookie crumble, finished with fresh berries.

About Psychic Medium Beth Deering

Beth Deering is a nationally recognized psychic medium, medical intuitive, paranormal investigator, and author based in Newark, Ohio.

Known as the "Medium to the Military," Beth has worked with veterans, first responders, and individuals seeking comfort and closure following the loss of loved ones. Her work has also included involvement with law enforcement cold cases and paranormal investigations.
